Question 1
The interview process begins with a phone screen, and if you are advanced, it progresses to a total of five, 45 minute on site interviews. Following a brief small talk session most of the interview questions are focused on detailed descriptions of your past behavior in specific situations.
The interview was all right, no wild questions, its just that the interviewers just didn't seem very engaged. I suppose it could have been case by case. I would have liked a little more transparency on their side.

Questions are largely behavioral. Be prepared to answer with Situation-Behavior-Outcome format for every single question. They’re looking for easygoing personalities and a clear history of problem solving on your own.
