I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Koch (Bengaluru)
Interview
I had applied and was considered for “Integration Architect Lead” position. Sadly, during the technical interview, questions were aimed /asked for the developer role. I don’t say, Architects will not do coding or development. But, Architects cannot match developer level as they do coding every day. Needless to say I was expecting more challenging questions on architecture or scenarios.
As a process, Interviewer should possess equivalent or higher level of experience than the candidate's experience. In my case, interviewer has around 7 to 8 years of experience and it is obvious that he would be asking the questions up to his standards.
In simple words, you wouldn’t let an associate interview a manager. But this has happened in my case.
During the interview process, HR had asked me to go through MDM principles of KOCH and explain my understanding. Having read about it, In my opinion violation of Integrity, Respect and Compliance has happened to me during the process of interview.
Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and share your interview experience. We do take into consideration those that are referred to us for a position or opportunity, but it does not outweigh overall skills and values of a candidate. I will be sharing this with the appropriate leadership teams as immediate feedback and an important reminder. I wish you all the best- Molly from Talent Solutions.
