Interview
didn't clear the first round, but it was pretty average, there were three coding rounds and apt rounds were also there.
after the first round, there was a technical interview, from what I heard it was almost the same as HR roud.
then the last round was HR, all the general HR questions were asked

Hiring is easy with most behavioural questions only.
Most positions focus on MBM and Mindset.
Candidates should read about MBM guiding principles and good profit.
Be genuine and humble
Talk to someone who already works there to know about the culture first

There are 4 rounds totally.
1. HR screening - MBM principles and non-technical situational based questions
2. Technical Round - Interviewer will touch all parts of technology mentioned in your profile and JD
3. Onsite Panel- Situation based non- technical questions
4. India panel - Situation based non- technical questions
5. HR discussion - Salary negotiation
There is lot of discrepancy in KOCH, they do not have standard salary structure. For same experience and same technology they are not paying same. I noticed this and rejected my offer.
