The interview process at Knight Frank was a well-structured and comprehensive multi-stage process. It started with an online application, where I submitted my CV and a cover letter. This was followed by online psychometric tests, which evaluated my numerical and verbal reasoning skills. I was then invited to an assessment centre, where we conducted group exercises, presentation on a property trend, and a face-to-face interview. The final stage was a one-on-one interview with senior management. The entire process was quite rigorous, but it provided ample opportunity to demonstrate my skills and learn more about the company.
