2 Stages, first informal, very relaxed - opportunity for hiring manager to get to know you more but also for you to get to know them. Second stage slightly more technical but more looking at your ability to react to problems & think on your feet. Really honest, approachable and sincere.

I received a call from HR on my application- an interview with a partner with a casa study for home work. I submitted case study and HR called me to say they prefer other candidates.
