Kmart Softlines Associate interview questions

They had a job fair so me and my friend went to it. Was super crowded and took over four hours waiting just to be interviewed. I didn't apply before hand but they didn't mind. The interview took about 5-10 mins. Afterwards, i went home and applied. Two days later got an email about taking a drug test and background check. I go tomorrow for my drug test, everything should turn out fine and i should hear back within the next couple days to start.

Had applied a month before for a different position and never called. Applied online for this position anyway - application included audio and video scenarios where you select the best choice for a situation. It prob took me 2 hours online to do the whole appl. Was called 3 weeks later. Interviewer was very nice, I was offered job at end of the interview. Was willing to work with my schedule.
