Kmart interview questions

Called me in for an interview, one of the managers couldn't do it so I had to come back the next day. I went in for the interview the next day and she was real nice telling me the position and what to wear and asked for my social security number. Then she said she really wanted me to have a second interview to meet with the gm. The next interview I didn't meet with the gm and I had another interview with the same woman. I thought it went well and I got the job. But 3 weeks later I got an email saying I wasn't hired.

The overall interview was pretty quick. I went in and had to sign in with the human resource manager. I then went in and talked to the assistant manager who interviewed me. We talked and he offered me the job on the spot. The assistant manger was very nice and it was a pretty laid back interview.
