I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kmart (Covington, GA) in Sep 2016
Interview
When I walked in, the human resources manager said, "hey, how are you and you're early." I said I'm sorry, and then she said. "no I love that." It was the best and simplest interview I have ever had. She asked me about my last employer and responsibilities. After I discussed my last employer and responsibilities, she was like great we do exactly the same here given that my last employer was Wal-Mart, so very similar. She loved me and then I went into another room and interviewed with apparel's manager. We talked about availability and asked when could I start, and I replied now. She smiled and said welcome to Kmart. I left the interview and went straight to Conyers and took my drug test. Just patiently waiting.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kmart (Mira Loma, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
When you first walk in you have to take like a little quiz, after they'll call you one by one into a interview room, basically if he/she asks you to go to another room and wait then you got the job.
Once you meet with the other person then they let you know you got the job, they also give you a paper and you have 24 hours to do a drug test. after that you start the next Monday. overall easy process job is really hard tho so think about if you want it because its very hard labor. I quit a month in

Interview
Took me in and asked about school, interests, and days I could work. Then continued to ask questions on what makes me different. The lady seemed sweet. I was in high school at the time and she said she felt that she needed some one a little older which I completely understood
