Kmart interview questions

It was really simple and casual. I applied online and took the assessment and got called about a week later for an interview. They asked really simple questions and it wasn't that bad. After the interview, I started working about a month later. They asked things like if I had any work experience, what I wanted to do in the future, and talked about the rewards plan and why it's important to them.

I applied online and waited a week before I called the store. The hiring manager had me come in for an interview and I was hired on the spot. The paperwork was kind of a hassle, but I got paid 2 hours for it. The hiring manager was very kind.
