Kmart interview questions

The interview process was fairly simple. I felt welcomed and a more laid back atmosphere, not stuffy and scary. I walked out of the store with a clear vision of if I was going to get the job or not and how it would be like to work with the manager every day.

Was quick and easy. The staff were friendly, and approachable. Questions were not too difficult and the interview was conducted in a very laid back casual manner, not intimidating at all.
