Kmart interview questions

it was very tedious questions. the questions were fairly easy. very straight forward questions. they asked me to describe myself. asked me a lot of behavorial questions

I applied via snagajob.com, from there the computerized system allowed me to set up an appointment based on my answers to their questionnaire and information. The next slot for an interview was like 1month and half after i set up the interview which was a long wait. I finally get to the interview. I talked to the HR worker, she wasnt nice but she wasnt mean either. She looked tired. Then i talked to another worker and he interviewed me. He was very nice and liked me so much he called me his future employee. They both drilled me with questions about scenarios that i thought were overwhelming being that im only 16 and this was my very FIRST job interview ever i didnt even have time to think about the questions because they never actually occured, but I held my composure, used my imagination and got a 4 out of 5 on everything. I came back to the woman's office and she told me i practically had the job. She gave me my W-4 papers and we scheduled an appointed for a drug test. The woman told she would call after she gets news from the clinic. I went to the clinic later on that week and it was a simple urine test. I passed. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. I thought i was being impatient. So i waited 2 1/2 weeks until i called them, and they gave me some crap saying that they just went on a freeze. I never ever filled out another application for them again.
