Kmart interview questions

I applied on line and took a personality test. They called me the next day, Monday and made an appointment for the interview on Wednesday. The on site HR rep was my interviewer. She asked me a few questions like "Give me an example of when you achieved more than expected" and "give me an example of a difficult situation and what did you do to resolve the situation". She then asked if I were to be hired, what area would interest me? She then asked why I applied to Kmart and I told her that I love this store, it has everything. She then told me she has openings in the shoe department and cashier. She then offered me a position as a shoe department sales associate and told me that they start at minimum wage and only offer part time for non managerial positions. It was a fast interview and she was friendly and pleasant. I wasn't nervous at all.

Went in for an interview, said they'd call me back for a 2nd interview. Never did. My friend worked there and she said her boss said to come in. I came in and he said he would get back with me on Saturday to setup what I needed to do to start.He never called and it's been a month now!! Ridiculous!! The two interviews lasted 10 minutes max. Very easy. Just asked what hours I could work and when I could start.
