Kmart interview questions

I applied online, and I got called in about a week. I was expecting to hear "why should we hire you?" But i don't remember ever being asked that question. She just said "tell me about a bit about yourself", so I told her my (limited) cash handling experience (I didn't really know how to use a cash register at the time). I was offered a job that day, but it took about a week and a half for my hire to become "official".
