Kmart interview questions

The interview was barely an interview. It seemed like I had the job before they even talked to me. We went over the hours I could work. There were no 'what if' questions. I feel like they just needed bodies in the door.

during the process of being hired I went through a series of questions and videos which prepared me for the job also gave me a detailed description of the job of do's and don'ts and, provided information on becoming apart of the sears - kmart family which can be resourceful and beneficial also.
