Kmart interview questions

It was very awkward. The woman seemed nice enough, but I felt something off about her. When she called in the man who manages the back room I could already tell from him just looking at me that they wouldn't hire me. I don't look very muscular so I have a feeling that's why I wasn't hired. After the interview I waited 2 weeks to hear something back. I finally called them to ask about the position and found out I was decline. She claimed "I wasn't qualified for the job". If I wasn't qualified then why did you interview me in the first place?

I was called within a week and set up an interview. Very basic past experience questions. Once offered a job, only took about 1-3 days for orientation and getting through all the training.
