Interview
Met inside the kmart, escorted me back to her office. She asked me questions about my life and how I differed from other candidates . I was hired on the spot. the on-boarding process took about a week and half because it did not work on my computer. I answered based on my life experiences. The interview might have differed, if we hadn't been so alike. I feel like it was biased but worked out overall.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kmart (Stevens Point, WI) in Jun 2013
Interview
HR was very friendly and understanding. They loved my previous customer service experience and my education. It was a pretty quick and simple interview. HR asked a few questions and about my availability. Then the managers conducted a quick interview of a few more simple questions. I was then offered the job while still on site. The interview process took no more than 1 hour.
