Kmart interview questions

This was back in 1998 so a lot has changed since then, but my interview process was very quick and easy. I met with the Human Resource manager,one on one, she asked a few minimal questions mainly about my availability, explained that we are open on all Holidays (except Christmas day) & said that she'd call with a start date. I got the call; went in for the orientation, which was a group thing; filled out lots of paperwork & started work shortly after

took over two hours, had to take a drug test, turn in resume, wait a couple days for background check. asked various questions on seniors and how to answer. had to meet with DM and was asked a series of questions that I had to answer
