Kmart interview questions

After putting in application, was called back within two weeks. Lady liked to chat and was very social They are keen on open availability, I had one day every other week I couldn't work and they said that was a problem. Very easy questions. But they also ask who else you have interviewed for, which I thought was really weird.

I got a call asking me to come in for an interview, which I scheduled for the next day. The interview consisted of her asking me when I could start and what my schedule looked like for the next 2 weeks. It was all very laid back. I had to go in again the next day to finish filling out paperwork and get my badge and training schedule.
