about a week after i applied online for "customer service associate" they called me in for an interview a couple days after. I went in and HR rep told me that "customer service" just meant cashier and if I had applied for the service desk the position would have said "Service desk" yet during the orientation someone else had applied to the same position I did and still managed to get the "service desk" position so they lied about that instead of just telling me the position was filled. no real questions asked mostly just about my personal life and schedule. she kept saying they "value their cashiers" which I couldn't believe with the pay. pretty easy interview
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kmart (Pittsburgh, PA)

Typical recruiting questions, nothing you haven't heard before.
It is all by the book questions about availability, experience, flexibility, and maybe one or two scenario questions.
They make it seem like it's a serious legit job you are applying for but when you start working you realize it was all a big facade to get you in the door.
