Interview
The assistant manager was called in by HR and asked several questions. They were about your ability to lift merchandise, your experience working in groups, and the times you were willing to work. After this, the HR representative had you conduct a personality test in an online interface. This interface supposedly relates to an upgrade at Sears, but had no applicability to the actual job.

Interview
I was led into a dirty office and asked to wait for the manager to arrive for the interview. After waiting 30 minutes, the manager finally came in to sit down with me. I was asked the absolute minimal amount of questions, and was told up front by the manager that I would be hired. There were no discussions on rate of pay, as I was told every Merchandiser received minimum wage. (2014, $8.25/hr) Basically the only real question I was asked was if I was willing to work evenings and weekends, and if I had any prior felonies. No questions about my actual work ethic or any job-related queries whatsoever.
