Kmart Cashiering interview questions

Arrived at the store location and was told to go into the back, wan't shown where to go had to search for the door. Finally found the right door and was invited into the office. The interviewer could barely speak English she told me to tell me about myself then asked for experience which I had none and she basically told me she was looking for someone with experience and she would call for a different position.

It was pretty simple. Basically explained the company and how they operate. Asked about retail experience and how would we deal with certain situations. Its not very hard, if you have experience then even better. They just really want to know how you would deal with different scenarios like people stealing and customer service.
