Worst recruiter experience ever! Process started early 2022 Recruiter(UK based) connected with me over a screening call. Gave a salary estimate based on my yoe. But kept on saying you might get better salary based on interviews. Block 1 - 2 interview Sync call with HR - came back with same salary estimate and pretended that they came with this number after interview feedback. And again, said these numbers can go up Block 2 - 2 interviews Offer - offered the lower end of the range. Reasoning- you will need to learn technologies like AWS. Common! AWS is a tool, not a skill. Upon negotiation : very rudely said take it or leave it! And I left it! My advice : Be transparent and respectful.

After the interviews had started, the process was really quick and I had the chance to meet my leads during the process. And everyone was very responsive during the process.
