My interview journey with Klarna was perplexingly lengthy, spanning over 9 weeks. It began with an HR call, followed by a demanding online coding task. Subsequent stages included a technical chat with a manager and a deep technical coding interview with an engineering manager. Unfortunately, the latter was marred by aggressiveness and rudeness, leaving a negative impression. What's even more disheartening is the lack of communication post-interview. Despite the extensive time investment, I received no update on my status, which is both unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, Klarna's interview process felt unorganized and inefficient. The timeline, demanding tasks, and poor communication create a frustrating experience for candidates. I hope Klarna takes this feedback constructively to improve the interview process for future candidates.
