Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews, all pleasant talks. They challenged me on different concepts and asked detailed questions about my experience.
Even though they did not chose me, I thuroughly enjoyed the experience and have good memories.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2021
Interview
Echoing what others mentioned, the interview process is really drawn out and recruiters don't explain why. The first step is an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a logic test arranged by a different recruiter. The logic test is looking at a series of patterns and picking the next image that follows the pattern. They made me re-take the logic test and ghosted afterwards. The entire process was a complete waste of time and you're never actually assessed on your skills and experience.
