Klarna interview questions

I've applied online. Few days later they sent me email for the reasoning test. Test was not hard. After that they sent me email that they will contact me next week for the initial telephone interview, but nobody didn't contact me. I wrote them a letter, but they didn't answered me. Few weeks later I received the standard "thank you letter" in which they told me "we considered to continue the process with other candidates". Overall it was dumb experience with the company.

Someone from Klarna reached out to me when they saw me attending a conference nearby. After that it went very smoothly. From a phone call, to arranging a day-long set of interviews at their HQ. I got an intro, a lunch interview with a manager, a pair programming interview, then 2 set of technical interviews (whiteboarding mostly), and then an interview with the VP of engineering. A few days afterwards I received an offer. Best interview pipeline I've been through so far.
