I received a message from their recruiter on LinkedIn. I had a 30-minute meeting with them, then had to solve a kind of IQ test. After passing this step, I had 3 rounds of interviews in the following order: System Design, Coding, and Behavioral Interview. Each interview lasted 1 hour and was conducted by a different interviewer from the headquarters in Sweden. The interviewers were quite good, and I asked for feedback from the second person, and I received constructive feedback from him. However, despite a good score from the technical part (based on the final feedback), I was rejected in the behavioral round due to the "feeling" of the interviewer. When I asked about the exact reason, they said it was because they felt I lacked a long-term vision. I have never understood how they reached that decision. Overall, it was a good experience.
