The interview process is very detailed and takes time. I went through three interviews and personality tests. Takes time between interviews as well so overall it’s a long process. Interviews are held with different people in the team.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
First, I had a quick call with the recruiter to go through my background. After that, I was scheduled for 2 one-on-one interviews with team members as well as a logic test with another recruiter. Both of those interviews needed to be rescheduled. Seemed odd, but I was able to be flexible and didn't think much of it.
At this point (a week in), I let the recruiters know I was reaching final steps in another interview process. I never received a response to that or felt any sense of urgency—only an email to continue to set up interviews. I had 2 more interviews with team members (one needed to be rescheduled again.) All the interviews were casual. I talked through my background, showcased some work, and asked questions about the team structure/dynamic.
Coming out of the interview process, I felt really great and thought I would make a great fit for this role. 3 days after the final interview, I reached out to the recruiters to ask for an update. I was told I would receive an update the following Monday.
I never received an update. I reached back out to let them know that I did, in fact, receive another offer. Nothing. I reached out to one of the team members I interviewed with. Nothing. Very disappointing process from a company that I had high hopes for.
