HR interview, logical test (they give you an example to prepare), cultural fit interview, business case, team fit interview with future boss and one last round with the country manager.
Long interview process but everyone was professional and friendly.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer Selbstvorstellung, gefolgt von Fragen zu Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten und Motivation. Anschließend werden Fachfragen gestellt und der Bewerber präsentiert eine Fallstudie. Am Ende erfolgt Raum für Rückfragen.
The whole interview process was clear and structured. Every step felt more like a two-way conversation which made you feel very comfortable, very rare for companies that size. Overall, the process took one month and was very enjoyable.
