Interview
The interview process at Klarna includes several stages:
Pre-screening: An initial call to discuss your background and fit for the role.
Cognitive Test: An assessment of your problem-solving and analytical skills.
Practice Task: A practical task related to the job, testing your real-world application abilities.
My first attempt ended at the cognitive test stage, and in my second attempt, I didn't progress past the practice task.

Can you describe a challenging project you worked on and how you overcame the obstacles?

How do you prioritize tasks when you have multiple deadlines?

What do you know about Klarna's products and services?
it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Interview
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
