The process from the first to the last interview took almost 2 months and still, two months after my last interview, they got me neither an offer nor a rejection. I followed up 3 times and the responsible person replied "We have some organizational changes and please bear with us", I considered the process as canceled/rejected. I was very excited about the job and I was a fan of the company, but before this process, I went through 6 interview sessions, and after this amount of time ( screening, offline code challenge, pattern matching, behavior interview, online coding with a SE, system designed ) they just hold me for almost 4 months for nothing and they even after following up they did just ask for wait for more ( after more than 1 month from last interview).
