the interview had too many stages, average questions, They had an initial IQ test which is annoying response time from one step to the next was extremely slow. interviewer was nice and professional though

Short, stressed; asked about salary first interview, even though their own interview cheat-sheet claims this doesnt happen until the very last step. first step is supposed to be "get a feel for the company and role", but it was nothing like that

Interview
I got a reply on my application saying I would get a test sent, also via email. I did the test but found it a bit impersonal to have to do a 'logic test for the role I was applying for. I didn't pass the test and got a note saying sorry, your score wasn't high enough, you can now not apply for a role here for 365 days'. I just thought it was such poor use of automation, and also TOV. They could have done so much more and used the tools a lot better, in my opinion.
