Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews (3 in total). Mostly behavioral Interviews, which went really well, communication was prompt at that time and it seemed quite favorable. However, after the final interview there were no responses for over 3 weeks, stating hiring team was on vacation. I eventually received a rejection letter. It was disappointing to be dragged on like that especially after feeling that the interviewer genuinely seemed interested and said words like "we're speaking the same language" etc, but at the same time, it was expected as I was essentially being ghosted for 3 weeks. I can only assume that they had another candidate in mind and were waiting to confirm they accepted the role before sending me the rejection letter. It's all part of the process, of course, the best candidate will get the role. My only negative feedback was regarding the wait time to hear back. A reputable company should be responding to their prospective candidates in a more timely manner.

1. Online test de razonamiento abstracto 2. Entrevista con la recruiter 2 semanas después. El mismo día la entrevista fue cancelada y tuve que volver a seleccionar otra fecha. No había disponibilidad hasta más de 1 semana después, por lo que entre el test y la entrevista pasó casi 1 mes. 3. Otro test de razonamiento abstracto 4. La entrevistadora fue despedida y tras varios intentos de contactar con la empresa nunca nadie me contestó, ni me contactó para descartarme
