The process was really fast, until it wasn't. I did the preliminary screening call. Then an English test during and interview. So, two steps focused on skills rather than the person. On the third interview it was more focused on me and more like a conversation. The last and final interview was with who was going to be my my boss. I'm not gonna share the name because it was truly awful what she did. She was ignoring me, looking away to another computer, asking questions without reacting of what I was saying and overall a really bad energy. After that, complete silence from everyone at Klarna I contacted. I understand that HR is overwhelmed with candidates, but not providing an answer after reaching the final step it just shows a lot of rudeness.
