Phone Screen with recruiter Some stupid dots test Meet with the hiring manager Meet with a different manager to discuss their key values Presentation to hiring manager and another manager Needed to do a decent amount of prep on learning their values then perform a case study for the presentation. Got amazing feedback all throughout the process and then at the end to my surprise didn't get the offer and was told "didn't show true passion to work at Klarna" as the reason I didnt get the job. Told that to my coworker at the time as I found it quite funny and she said her friend had the exact same thing happen to her in the Sydney office
