Basically made it through all the rounds of interviews, in the last interview the manager told me that I practically had the job and thought I would be a good fit. And I get a call the next week saying they wouldn’t be able to sponsor a visa for me. Which I don’t know how this isn’t something that’s determined before even beginning the interview process so you don’t waste everyone’s time. Other than that everything else was fairly straight forward and you just have to be yourself really

Klarna have an odd process. Some good interviews, but more upfront detail about them would be beneficial. The sourcing test is managed by a Sourcer, my experience was that this person is not a skilled interviewer. To improve experience I would suggest to have this step as a sourcing test only.
I was informed I would have received an offer if my comp expectations were lower. Which then just meant the process was a waste of time and something that could have been communicated up front. So communicating the ranges for each role you are being considered for would be helpful and potentially reduce churn.
