Horrible process : 6 steps for a no-go with a business case that the audience didn't even read. It takes me 10 hours work to get a strong answer.
Lost of time and you ll have to go through a long process: personnality, logic, hr, hiring manager, business cases and so on.
Last but not least, package are not really interesting.

Can you describe a deal that went wrong but finally you get it right?
Das Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer Selbstvorstellung, gefolgt von Fragen zu Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten und Motivation. Anschließend werden Fachfragen gestellt und der Bewerber präsentiert eine Fallstudie. Am Ende erfolgt Raum für Rückfragen.
The whole interview process was clear and structured. Every step felt more like a two-way conversation which made you feel very comfortable, very rare for companies that size. Overall, the process took one month and was very enjoyable.
