Interview
I refused to do a test so I didn't get far. I believe testing people like that does nothing, especially for customer support. It's a pattern test that I've seen before and it tells you nothing of a persons abilities.
After the entire process, they realized they did not need someone for the market they interviewed me for. The process was not hard, just messy and a waste of time
