I applied through the website and got the link to the abstract reasoning test. Nothing complicated, it's enough to look some videos on YouTube to understand how it works. After I had an interview with an HR. The interview questions were basic: "what are your weakness and strengths". He didn't switch on the camera, called from the mobile, the background was noisy. Also the HR sounded a bit pretentious. He asked about Klarna values and principles which I checked before and I was prepared. After this I received a rejection email without any explanation whatsoever. I replied asking for a reason but got no answer.

After screening the applications, the first step of the interview process was an online assessment of abstract thinking skills. It is a multiple answer questions test on kattis web page.

It is consisted of 18 questions to be completed in 15 minutes and this test assesses one's ability to track patterns across a sequence of shapes.
Pleasant experience with very kind talent aqusition that showed true engagement and interaction during screening interview. Dont be afraid to ask questions or concerning. It shows interest in the position. Looking forward to the next process.

A lot of interviews. The last round is the actual interview, the stuff before is for preselection. The last round is made of technical and behavioral. Two algo questions for the technical interview which get increasingly harder, leadership principles for the behavioral interview.
