3 rounds of interview after the logic test: skills interview with a designer (go through portfolio), bar raiser with a senior management team member, and a whiteboarding session. In the whiteboarding session, I was given a vague task without additional information and when I asked questions to define the problem space, the answers were vague and seemed improvised and didn't help facilitate the session (compared to interviews with other companies). The hiring team did share feedback after but I wish it was more specific so I can understand what I can improve on.
