Starting with a 'Logical test' of predicting the next dot pattern. I jumped straight in without practicing and recieved an email the next day that I didn't pass. It made me feel really bad and most probably I never want to apply there again. The way they wrote their intro email was also alarming to me: "the first step of your journey to become a Klarnaut". It is litterary the type of company that they warn about in the book "Lab Rats" by Daniel Lyons.
In other words, only apply to Klarna if you really really want it and make sure to prepare a lot for many interviews. Strangely the salaries are not that high compared to competing companies, especially taking into account how extensive the interview process is.
After a brief conversation with a recruiter, I was invited to talk to a hiring manager, who was really rude. He asked for my salary expectation, and I said "I am currently getting xxxx", and he said "you are not worth that salary."
A lot of steps that you have to prepare for. It takes time.
HR, ML task, Technical interview, Klarna fit interview, another technical interview, and finally team fit interview. You have to prepare well for each process to stand a chance.
