I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Klarna (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was very painful (as it should be?) and it did not seem the questions were thought before. The person interviewing me was much younger than me and it was his first sales role (from Linkedin).

Question 1
Tell me last time you did not achieve your targets? What do you like about your life?
Many steps and interesting projects. Issue was that they took 6 weeks to get back to me after the final round which was not ideal. Everyone was very nice though.

Question 1
How would you go about performing your day to day job here?
They send you an automated "Logic Test" with pattern recognition. ( I didn't know, I applied to become a Doctor)
Wiping people out solely based on that test leaves a bad impression about Klarna and make them loose good people to the competition.
"Company Culture": There was not even one human interaction during the whole process.
