I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Klarna (Estocolmo, ) in Sep 2011
Interview
1) Three online tests: numerical, abstract reasoning and the last one was quite specific (simulation of email replies, ranging mails with their priority according to predefined rules)
2) HR 2:1 interview (questions about personality, motivation, previous experience + brainteaser)
The interview had seemed hard for me, but afterwards I realized that I'd been just unprepared.
I had 6 interviewers and each asked different questions. I was able to answer due to my experience at Amazon. I enjoy the business case analysis as well. Having a customer mindset is key to deliver a good case overview.

Behavioural questions around the leadership principles
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Estocolmo, ) in Oct 2020
Interview
Firstly had a telephone interview with the HR, then it was a logic test, then business case resolving, interviews with team managers, and then interview with colleagues. Totally took around 1 month.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied for an open position posted on their webpage, first step was 3 online tests. I was not living in Sweden at that time so I had booked interviews with HR and the hiring manager the same day. I have understood that normally HR meets the candidate first (or at least used too). The person conducting the HR interview was mainly speaking about how great Klarna is and posed limited amount of questions to me. The hiring manager had a combined case and guesstimate questions for me. Next step was interview with the Chief Risk Officer which was done over Skype. Nothing out of the ordinary, testing my interest and logical thinking.
