he process started in November 2020 and finished in February 2021 with an offer I accepted even if it's quite average for the field. The interview consists in 1. do it at home assignment 2. general technical face to face interview (architectural and coding) 3. leadership interview 4. IQ/logic test (you have to pass with 16/18) 5. face to face coding and technical interview with assigned team + Q&A with them
