The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Klarna (Berlín)
Interview
It was the worst Interview experience I had ever in my life. At first my process till the rejection was 2 Month long.
First Round was a short interview with the Recruiting Manager.
Second Round was a leetcode style coding assignment, for that you had a few days at home to solve 2 assignments.
Third round was the longest. They scheduled for me 4 hours with 3 different interviews (Coding, System Design and Behaviour) so I had to take a half day of, because it was scheduled in the mid of the day. Then I had my first interview at that day and nobody showed up. It was the most disrespectful thing I ever experienced in a interview. The best was, the other interview got also cancelled, because the interviewer was not available on that day. So a half a day of vacation for nothing. Thanks Klarna! Seems like my time is no lt really valuable to you.
Had then 2 Interviews rescheduled and got rejected in the coding interview. Normally you should get the Project 24h before the interview. My email with the project link arrived a few hours before the interview.
And the best, I asked for feedback and got no response why I failed the interview.
The people in the company seems nice and friendly but please change your recruiting system. No respect for you and your time.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Berlín) in Aug 2021
Interview
Experience is from 2021, but the process was a whole mess - way to many people were apparently invited, so after already completing several rounds, a lot of us were simply told they invited too many people so they will cut of after a certain application date.
The hiring process is a complete mess lacking any transparency and respect for people's time. Their website says 6 to 8 weeks, but I gave up somewhere after the 10th and took another offer. I passed seven of god knows how many stages, but after each stage you get no feedback for 10 days or more, so at no point you have any idea where you stand. I have politely asked a few times for an approximate timeline, but of course, no response. The interviews are normal, I liked the people I met, but oh god, the recruitment process makes me think they really don't care whether they hire people or not, it's some kind of research or experiment. 10 weeks and seven stages to get what's pretty much a standard or below standard salary, and a normal contract with a probation period, mind you. It was so drawn out and weird that at some point my wife started joking I'm interviewing for the CIA. Anyway, a note to the recruiters: this is disrespectful and unprofessional as hell. The company has a rep as a good employer, which is perhaps why people play along, but that's up to a point.

Question 1
The software-related questions were normal, but I was asked to explain how I implemented Klarna's leadership principles. How about you implement them in recruitment though?
