Took the 15 min online logic/IQ test. Unfortunately still waiting 2 weeks later for any word.
The fact that they give the logic test is a plus. Data proves it, but many people don't like it which drag the ratings down. But the long wait after that, pass or fail - is not a good sign.

4 boxes with related shapes - choose the fifth box that comes next from a set of options. Standard Logic/IQ stuff.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Klarna in Feb 2020
Interview
I was approached by the recruiter a few times. Then he has done an introduction interview. I agreed to do test algorithms on Qualified. And never heard them back after I successfully passed the tests
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Estocolmo, ) in Jan 2020
Interview
First step was a normal phone screen with a recruiter, we discussed myself, Klarna and the role in general.
After that I recieved instructions to complete an IQ-test from Kattis. 15 logical pattern questions. Your standard logical IQ test really.
Upon completing that I was granted access to step 2, which consisted of two separate coding challanges on a third party coding challenge platform. Focus was on test driven development, so it was designed around unit test executions.
Both challenges had a time limit of 2 hours. I used the time fully. So 4 hours in total, a considerable chunk of time to set aside if you work full time.
I completed the challenges and sent them in.
Haven't heard a word from Klarna since. Not even after contacting them again asking about an update.
Very unprofessional.
