Expansive and helpful feedback after each step. Lengthy process that took 6 weeks to complete in total, but high quality and completely digital, including signing of the documents. Best HR support of all companies I interviewed for.

Interview
First, recruiter talks about the job and followed by a offline coding challenge (Passed).
Then a logic test (Passed).
Then skill test (2 people casually discus about how a project can be designed). They will send you the code prior 24 hours to get ready and setup. They wanted me to design the infra structure, but they asked me to explain the components. Probably i am just not qualified to understand that.
Then a behavioral test, where they ask questions related to their leadership values. You either have to make a story, or lucky if you experienced one. Bur hard to tell what they take from the story.
I lost in the behavioral test with real life story. Solving problem based on your timed decision may not be fancy for them.
Research a lot, come up with a pleasant story. (Sorry, dont know what they are looking for exactly)
