KinderCare Learning Companies interview questions

Had a good conversation with HR for the screening process, was told they would be scheduling a follow up with the Hiring Manager but then was promptly ghosted. Followed up via email, nothing. Never had this happen before from a large corporation. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

A single interview with the site's hiring manager and center director. In the interview questions were asked based on childcare experience and knowledge of teaching, and schooling completed and education.
