One inital face to face interview with the center director followed by a phone interview with corporate . Both went smoothly and were stress free. The hiring process was mainly completed online and included many tedious surveys and questionnaires.

Interview
When I went to interview I was left sitting there for about 30 mins after my scheduled time waiting for the director. After that she asked very few questions and then took me into three classrooms to watch how I was with the children. While in the classrooms she walked out several times and was barely paying attention to how I interacted with the kids. I was hired on the spot and was asked what pay I would like.

Interview
The required test is too long and doesn't allow you to show what type of teacher you truly are. Some canindates aren't great test takers. They should find a better way to assess candidates. Face to face interviews and interactions are the best way to see of a applicant is a true fit for the company.
