Very Cold they just ask you a bunch of it questions off of paper. I do not believe the questions are relevant to the profession. I have no other items to add to this

Question 1
Typical questions you’d get working customer service
I applied online. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview was very straightforward and comfortable. It was done by the director and coordinator via video conference. They asked a lot of question thats consisted of "what would you do if..." very friendly, and helpful in getting the conversation flowing. Interview added about 30 minutes long, where they said they would get back to me with their decision. About 3 days later, they e-mailed me with an offer.

Question 1
What would you do if you had a conflict with another employee?
What would you do if a child isn't listening and is causing a disruption in your classroom?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was easy but it seemed like they were desperate I didn't get asked anything about my background or if I ever worked with children. They were more interested on how fast I can start, I did get a job offer but for the amount of work they wanted I believe the pay wasn't enough.
