Interview
brief and rushed. A little disorganized. The interviewer was friendly and personable. The questions were fairly basic . They also asked how I handled parent relationships and discipline.
They asked how long I would be working there. They asked "How do you manage a classroom and make sure children are learning." Everything was arranged online through electronic communication. I was offered the job on the spot.
Got an email from indeed after applying for the position. I had an 1 hour interview with director.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer
